This is a short presentation of an ongoing Ph.D. research in the Norwegian public sector while adopting enterprise architecture (EA). There will be a presentation of why EA definition has been incompletely understood among the stakeholders, and why architectural activities are doing well at the project level, while it has failed at the enterprise level.

Today Marius Mikalsen from SINTEF/NTNU presented results from a research project about Autonomous Teams. Marius talked about how a financial institution is implementing autonomous team to increase agility and improve results. Marius talked about employing a stewardship model of collaboration.
