Darja Smite presented insights on how Spotify is managing and running communities of practice. This work is based on a collaboration with Nils Brede Moe at SINTEF. Darja is a professor at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden, a senior research scientist at SINTEF, and an adjunct professor at NTNU.
